Open the second tab in the pen and replenish food and water to the maximum. After that, the direwolves will recover after 2 hours.
Wolves can be fed with the raw meat, special treats or bull hearts.
Also, if all wolves in the pen are completely exhausted, you can replenish their stamina for ads or thalers.
