Starting with update 5.7.0, most locations in the game unlock only once you reach a certain level. This ensures that Exiles don't face challenges they're not ready for. As soon as an Exile gains enough experience, they can begin to conquer new locations. These changes won't affect the gameplay for seasoned Exiles.
