You have a chance of finding the Cultist Сache instead of the usual Night Cache.
The conditions for finding it are the same: visit a three-skull location after the bell ring that marks the start of nighttime. Acolytes of the Nameless God lurk in an underground cave. If you explore it, you'll find many more resources than in a regular cache, and you are guaranteed to get mandrake seeds as a reward.
