The Scroll of Carnage, a gift of the Plague God, causes enemies in a radius of 15 meters to attack you. For 10 seconds, when an Exile deals damage to any enemy, damage is also dealt to all enemies who are under the scroll's effect.
The scroll's effect cannot be used on enemies that are already attacking you, or on bosses and other powerful enemies.
