Any Exile who successfully completes the second level of the Dungeon of the Torturers has a chance to become the owner of the legendary War Dogs' Axe and the Executioner's Hook.
When using this axe or hook, you directly affect your enemies' equipment, thereby reducing the physical damage dealt to you. The War Dogs' Axe has a good chance of damaging enemy weapons, while the Executioner's Hook has a good chance of piercing enemy armor. A combination of these legendary weapons, sturdy armor, and healing tinctures will make any Exile nearly invulnerable in the face of the most formidable enemies!
