Some locations have level requirements for a horse. If your horse is of a lower tier than required, then it will be impossible to get to the location until you level up your horse. To travel to locations on the other bank of the
river you need a Hardy Horse. To reach the Northern Lands, you’ll first need a Hardy Horse that can cross the teeming river.
The Northern Lands are accessible to players’ whose horses are level 15 and above.
