Constructing the Obelisk will only be possible during the testing phase of Grim Soul's multiplayer functionality. After we launch our fully-integrated multiplayer, we'll deactivate the ability to build the Obelisk - but it will stay with those Orders who've already built it as a monument to their participation in multiplayer testing.
